People more often use Internet banking on mobile phones and laptops to transact with consumers. Due to the existence of this banking internet electronic media, people more often transact at home so there are cost and time savings. The development of banking services carried out through the Internet is increasingly widespread along with the rapid growth of information technology. Product innovation factors and technological developments have become an inseparable part of the development of the banking industry to improve service quality so that it becomes faster, better, and more efficient. However, the issue of transaction security and customer protection is a concern for the development of Internet banking in the future, especially because there is no legal certainty for customers where there is no form of regulation of Internet activities in Indonesia.
