This Community Service is the result of observations on the Adaptive Physical Education learning process for students at Taruna Bunga Bangsa Makassar Special Needs School. The purpose of this observation is to implement Game-Based Adaptive Physical Education Learning for Taruna Bunga Bangsa Makassar Special Needs School Students. The observation results show that teachers adapt learning communication by using sign language, visual demonstrations, and individual approaches that pay attention to students' motor skills and psychological conditions. Learning is focused on developing basic motor skills, coordination, and active participation of students in physical activities through a game-based approach. The main obstacles faced include limited facilities and communication barriers, but can be overcome through teaching innovation and collaboration between teachers and students. In conclusion, the adaptive physical education learning process at Taruna Bunga Bangsa Makassar Special Needs School takes place effectively with the support of teaching methods that suit students' needs.
